The partnership between BD|SENSORS and 1. FC Vorwärts Röslau has existed for many years. However, visits mainly take place in Röslau in order to support the soccer events there. BD|SENSORS Thierstein was very pleased to receive the athletes' request to take a look behind the scenes of the pressure measurement technology manufacturer and get to know the activities of the main sponsor.
A date was finally found for the end of August and so BD|SENSORS was allowed to open its doors to the team and some officials of the “Vorwärts”. Rainer Denndörfer first gave an insight into the company's core competence - the manufacture of electronic pressure measurement technology - and presented the market environment. This was followed by a detailed tour of the administration building and the Competence and Production Center, where the intellectual development and manufacturing work is carried out. Stefan Denndörfer explained the various production steps from the manufacture of the company's own pressure sensors to the finished end product, such as a pressure transmitter or a level probe.
This was followed by dinner together on the terrace of the BD|FORUM in the best late summer weather with a fantastic view of the Fichtelgebirge mountains.
